Hello friends
We are hiring.....

Hello, Fishbowl Community!
I am a Talent Sourcer/Recruiter on LinkedIn. If you are looking to expand your network (which is an absolutely fantastic idea), then I would love to connect with you!
It is important to remember that the larger your network the greater your visibility is. This is especially critical for Job Seekers, both active and passive. Not looking for a new role now? You might be soon!

Anyone joining in Capgemini today.
I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I generally just say I am really happy with my current role, but always open to new opportunities and casually looking around. Is this ok?

Yes. I tell recruiters that I'm always open to new opportunities if the conditions are correct and the fit is good (basically meaning they pay more for the same / less work, all other things equal).
“I mean…isn’t that what brought us together here today?”
I usually say either that the opportunity popped up in my LinkedIn feed and it integrated me, or I'll say that I conduct search annually to test the market. Really depends on the vibes I'm getting from the recruiter. Either way, I try to convey that I'm content with where I am so that I don't come across as desperate.

I never search for roles. The roles find me.
Tell the truth so they can understand timelines you may have with other jobs you’re interviewing for and help to manage your candidacy with their role. You don’t have to tell them where :) that’s what the question is geared toward. Asking about your motivations for leaving is a whole other question
You get it! Recruiters and candidates should be transparent with one another from the start and create a trusting relationship. It will pay off in the end. Be open and honest and work together so that there are no surprises and everyone’s time can be respected :)
Nope, I say I’m happy where I am and that I’m looking for the right opportunity that meets xyz criteria. Wooing in recruitment goes both ways
