Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

I had interviewed for an internship position at EY for technology consultant program for summer 2022 and got a call where they extended an offer. I wanted to know if I can defer the internship offer to fall 2022 or a later start date after summer.
I apologize as I cannot reply to a comment or DM on this platform to anyone, but thanks for your answers in advance.

Case in point, imo, is good to be exposed to but shouldn’t be taken too literally in order to avoid the habit of memorization. Instead read Case Interview Secrets and start live casing.

Just went through the full interview process successfully with a MBB after going through unsuccessfully 4 separate times in previous years. My biggest improvements that pushed me over the edge were practicing my quick math (long division, proportions, percentages, multiplication) and my “soft” skills like really engaging with the interviewers by walking them through every single step of my thought process and being hyper enthusiastic and engaged. Find a case partner, and just case a ton, they will be able to point you towards your individual areas of improvement
