Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Id highly recommend you re-look at the economics of CSR. You wont spend $300 a year on cabs / uber / parking / flights / hotel, even if you dont travel much? $450 - $300 is $150 of effective annual fee, plus 3% points on all travel and restaurant expenses = worth a ton.
If you don't want to buy into the chase system where the CSR can net you effective 2.25% on everyday purchases with the freedom unlimited card, you can't go wrong with the Citi double cash. 2% on everything. Amex everyday only nets you 1.2% even with the bonus on everyday spending (grocery stores are higher).
Sapphire Preferred for $95
Discover. U get cash back for spending.
I use the AMEX Everyday card. If you use it 20x in a month, you get an extra 20% on your points. Really adds up.
Best free card is Citi Double Cash
But if carrying a balance, forget the rewards cards.
AmEx SPG
Citi double cash
Freedom unlimited if you want to use points for travel AND have a CSP or CSR. Citi Double Cash otherwise
CSR ftw
CSR also counts for public transit and bus
