Half the people commenting BMW don’t know sh!t about it. It is a JV with Tata Technologies and not an independent company (yet). It will take 2-3 years at least to become separate. The hikes are very minimum with <5%. Nobody knows how much VP you ca get since the company started very recently and all the people, managers in BMW in India are from Tata Technologies bringing their service company mindset. There are no perks or benefits or even policies as of now. Wait for at least another 3-4 years if you really want to join BMW and then assess the company and then join. Otherwise don’t join and spoil your career. As of now joining BMW = joining Tata Technologies
