I am a CA with 5 years of post qualification experience (with one of the big4). I joined PwC k SDC as SA2 last year December. Now I realised that, I am placed a level below than compared to my peers. Can I ask HR to match my level based on my experience?

PS: My previous employer is offering me to join back as a Manager but I am inclined for PwC for WFH.

Joining a big firm next week as fully remote lateral and flying out to home office for orientation. The schedule has me in office until 4:15. I’ve already been told I won’t have any actual work. Depending on how many people are there and how it feels, I was planning to stay an hour extra but should I hang around the office until later? Insurance Defense Associate new to group. Just finished first year on the defense side after 6 years on the Plaintiff side, joined 3 weeks before lockdown. WFH with 6 and 2 year old.
