EY FAAS vs KPMG AAS, which one is better?
Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

My best grads in projects (we're 100% based at the client site) came to work with an amazing upbeat and positive attitude in absorbing info, meeting team members and clients. Great first impression stuff. They came prepared, took notes, mulled over the content, and asked meaningful questions that show a basic understanding of the work we are trying to do when I bounce off questions with them. They were also proactive in seeking out things to do to help in anyway they can. It can be such a brain dump of info/names when you first start again as a grad, but you'll do well if you're already thinking of how to succeed now. Good luck!
Edit: In addition to doing good work, these grads are now known for being trustworthy/dependable folks who clients love because of their excellent relationship building + stakeholder management and project teams compete to staff them.
I expect new undergrad hires to do well at things that are within their control. Having beautiful slide design on day one isn’t expected; having no typos or model errors on day one is. Also spend time to really understand why instead of just being in execution mode.
Or climb Kilimanjaro as Ekaterina suggested, that could work too.
