Best way to measure ketones is through blood analysis. Keto strips are easy to use but should only be used as a “Yes/No in ketosis” indicator. Like the other poster alluded, it only measures excess ketones that your body is getting rid of through urine. Eventually your body will become much more efficient in using ketones and you may not even see results on the strips.
Exogenous ketones are essentially just marketing with regards to weight loss in particular. However, if you’re interested in performance there may be benefits. Here’s a great (and very accessible) article on the subject:

I have been using exogenous ketones for almost a year now. Totally helped with fat loss and mood. My depression and anxiety have improved. I fell in love with how they made me feel. I use the keto mojo meter to check my levels. Blood meters are the most accurate.
If you want more information on pruvit ketones let me know. Or check out my link tree https://linktr.ee/Amanda82

Mojo rocks. But afte a while you can feel it... and the huge amounts early drop as you adapt to use them as fuel.
Exogenous ketones are fun. Start slow. Not a weight loss tool performance or EXTREME focus. C8 oil helps me eat less MCT cheaper and close too. And I match exogenous ketones ML to ML with C8 use some/ make some. Make sure it’s pre exercise. If fasted, it’s intense.
