I have a offer from Infosys of 17 lpa
But my company wants to retain me and they are giving me an opportunity for Canada onsite in return of retention(no raise or bonus)
Please suggest me, if i should take the onsite opportunity or keep looking for counter on my current offer.

For PwC fishes who left recently, how did you consolidate wealth builder into 401k within benefits express to avoid the 20% federal tax withholding that was described in the benefits package? I tried to do this online but it didn’t show as an option except to rollover to an existing IRA or take a final distribution. Do I need to call benefits express?

It depends on how they calculate util. If holidays and PTO come out of the denominator then it’s only kind of low. If they don’t then it’s very low.
Yeah holidays come out I believe, PTO unfortunately does not. That was a big rub point for people that take a big block of leave in one quarter, it would be nigh impossible or just very hard to reach the target in that quarter.

Salesforce is 78% util w/o holidays and PTO excluded.

They’re also fully staffed almost all the time so it’s incredibly easy to hit targets. Won’t be the same at a smaller firm
What about the “Account Partner/Director” role in CSG? It states on the SF site that they’re in CSG but in a sales capacity selling prof. services. I would be curious to know how this group is compensated

On sales
Startup/boutique firm here. SC with a 10% bonus target. 50% based off firm performance, 50% based off utilization. 80% util gets the full half of the util bonus
Appreciate the input here. It obviously doesn’t compare to SF or Big 4, but we are a small-ish NPSP specific firm so I want to be fair about the comparisons. But I do still feel it’s on the low end.
That’s fair.
