Getting married at the end of the year and need to lose significant weight or at least look more toned. I’ve realized I don’t have the discipline or knowledge to do it on my own and need some help (at least to get me started). I’m willing to spend money on a nutritionist, in-person trainer, online trainer or both - whichever will be most helpful. Any suggestions on where to start? Do I just google local nutritionist/trainers? I’m concerned I won’t know if they’re legit or not. TIA

Few recruiters reached out to me and have been offering a hefty salary. Similar situation last year was different. I.e I see salary difference of 30 to 40% in base salary range. I am too excited to take the offer’s, but also scared that is it just momentarily and when market stabilizes they would fire folks???? The companies reaching out last year and this year are different ; none of them are big tech companies.
