Do interviewers usually ask "Tell me about a time" type questions or ask for a deep dive into resume bullets?

Are interviewers looking for particular traits that I should hit in my stories? For e.g. I've heard McK looks for inclusion and self-reflection

Hi, I am a single-parent with a 9 year old daughter. Is anyone else dealing with same gender sleepovers with sexual exploration occurring? Exploring as in my daughter says outright “I am going to kiss you,” to her bestie before bed. Adding this because I find this type of information helpful. Went through the interview process with Meta. They moved quick. Recruiter, hiring manager, and full loop all in a two week period. I just completed the interview process at CGI, the HR called thereafter saying that I've cleared all the rounds and they'd like to give me an offer. They also sent a couple of mails for required documents. But I am yet to receive the offer letter, is this usual?

M/SM and above, why do you label a meeting as “touch point” or ask if you can have a “quick chat” when it’s something serious?
