Boston Consulting Group I saw you guys are hiring at many different levels but noticed in the JD that “all degree programs must be completed prior to beginning at BCG”. Is this specific to undergrad or to any degree program? Currently doing a PT MBA so was wondering if I’d be ineligible to apply

You can apply but you need to have completed your degree to start. We don’t allow PT MBA while working as a consultant.

It is unrealistic to think you will have time for meaningful part time degree work while working full time as an Associate at BCG if you want to be successful at BCG as an Associate. It is a very full full-time job.

I went to the lease this last weekend. Not one drop of alcohol was had. That was the closest I’ve come to caving. 4 wheelers, killing dinner with big guns, doing manly things in God’s country. Beer is an absolute necessity during these events. Anyhow, I didn’t drink. Proud of myself. Monumental moment for me.

Hi all,
I’m currently working for a small technical consulting start-up firm. I make good money, have great benefits, and they seem very happy with the work I’m doing, so I know I could move up quickly. However, tech consulting is definitely not my dream job. I want to get into data analytics, and I have an offer from a big company to do just that. I’ve only been at my current company for about 8 months, but I don’t ever see myself loving this job. How do I know when it’s time to make a change?

Help - how do I fight claims by scammer healthcare providers?

I recently went to 2 different providers.

Dentist, made appt via Zocdoc to see a dentist that was in network. Another dentist at the location saw me instead who was out of network. I have text evidence they said it would be covered before visit. Claim was denied - asking for ~500 dollars.

Saw a specialist who’s office staff verified my insurance would fully cover the claim. Get the claim, says they are out of network. Owe 600.
