Can anyone comment the right salary for Deloitte Dubai at Manager Level ?
I working with one of the Big 4 in India with 27 LPA fixed and have final round with Deloitte Dubai.
Would like to understand what should be the right CTC on which I should negotiate with Dubai Deloitte ( I saw online it ranges from 25-35 K AED/Month )

I had two rounds of discussion (more than a month ago) and the recruiter informed me that they’ll be scheduling the HR discussion and then be rolling out the offer.

It has been two weeks now and I haven’t heard from the recruiter nor has my HR discussion been scheduled.

The recruiter does not answer my calls or reply to e-mails.

Has anyone else faced this while interviewing with KGS (Customer Advisory)?

Need some clarifications about offer letter acceptance. What if you accept offer but at last did not join because you got another offer at last moment.? Do companies take any action on this ?

Think this consolidation period is going to end in the near term, primarily driven by:

1. Microstrategy “open sourcing” their playbook for purchasing BTC as public company

2. Coinbase to offer staking for ETH in Q1 ‘21 - think how much will get locked up.

3. GME / stonks fallout - retail may moreso see the benefits of decentralization and crypto. Yes Coinbase is CEX to get you onboard, but DEX can’t be turned off.
