I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. So I've been applying for jobs with various brands who are owned by the same parent company. They are all separate brands but owned by the same company. All my applications are under one login with the parent company's website. My question is, can HR and recruiters from the different brands see all my open applications (including those with the other brands) or just the ones that concern the brand they work for?
