Can anyone help me build out a home office? Feel like we’ll be in this scenario another 3-6 months atleast and having some back and neck pains. Just moved into a larger apartment with an actual office so I’m Looking for an affordable standing desk, maybe a foot pad and a monitor. Any suggestions on the above, and or other at home office items I’m missing? Appreciate any help

How predictable is IVF vs conceiving naturally? Would we theoretically have more control in a sense of getting pregnant exactly when we want to (give or take a few months) by having frozen egg/embryo ready to go in advance? Trying to plan around a very strict residency timeline is tough

Does anyone think it’s weird that my firm is bending over backwards to try to keep a first year staff from leaving the firm after she was rated a 2 this year.
