Can anyone help me understand recruitment process of Accenture.
A person applies for job position in Accenture, gets a Candidate Id as your candidature with Accenture.
I am not sure if it's hardly been tracked or updated by any HR, same status even you visit after weeks.
Most ridiculous part is of you apply for another job position which you may find suitable..but as soon as you apply for it...you get to see message - "Your resume already there in our database..bla bla.."
BLOT : You can't apply.

Currently at BNY Mellon with 10 YOE, specifically in Corporate Trust working CLO/CDO’s (first job out of college). I’ve moved around within the bank a few times but I’m just not happy here nor am I where I want to be in terms of comp . I want to pivot into something else but I have no clue what skills I could transfer elsewhere as what we do is so niche. They sucked me in when they said it would be a FA role but we don’t do any modeling, forecasting, etc.. Any advice/suggest/rec’s much apprecia

Moving back to ATX from NYC early February of next year to be closer to family, and looking for a new job. Have 2.5 YOE in consulting (primarily financial services) and also did a data science boot camp this past summer. Does anybody know of any roles at the intersection of strategy and analytics? Question about what to do next. I’ve maxed out everything—401k, HSA, IRA, backdoor Roth 401k. My bills are all paid. Advice for studying for CISA? I’ve purchased the CRM, QAE, and Hemang Doshi’s book. So far I’m having trouble reading through the CRM because it’s so detailed that everything seems important and difficult to retain.
