Bain & Company I’m a PhD student looking to start in consulting and am looking to connect with other PhD/ADP consultants that went into consulting to learn more about the experience and how to prep for case interviews coming from a non-business background. Especially looking for advice on McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, and Bain & Company

Gotcha that makes sense. Could you also share some insight into what the salary progression looks like at Accenture Strategy? They seem to have a very high base but I’m wondering if that continues onto senior positions relative to other firms.
Sorry no - still says you’re unavailable to chat
So everyone qualifies for it then for the most part? And are the sponsored schools just the usual ones you would expect?
Correct - we don’t rank but theoretically if you were the worst analyst you could qualify on time here alone as long as you have a good relationship with an MD that would be willing to vouch for you
List is constantly changing and expanding, but just about any MBA program you’d want to attend is on the list
🤝🤝 good to connect - I’ll DM you when I am able
100k for new analysts. MBA is $100k toward the sponsored schools, paid out upon return to the firm
Base out of undergrad is 100k. Then get signing and relocation bonuses.
I think eligible for tuition reimbursement after 2 years, then you “apply” (understand it’s a formality), go and don’t intern at a competitor, come back and get 100k, stay for 2 years and get additional bonuses. If you leave before your two years are up, you owe a prorated amount (e.g., leave after 18 months, owe 25% back)
Idk the answer but badger alum saying hi 👋🏼
Does anyone know if the rest of tier 2 is on par with mbb at 100k? L.E.K, Roland Berger, EYP, etc
My understanding is tier 2 and b4 pay below mbb and ACN by a few grand (85-95k)

^^ also wondering this but I believe not sounds Accenture pays way more initially to try and attract the early level talent
