I want to earn good money without compromising on WLB.
This is my profile

1 year at PwC as Consultant 1
MBA (Finance) grad Skills: SQL, Excel, Power BI, Client Issues, Jira for bug reports and tracking team activities, etc.
Any companies that anyone can suggest? Any other skills that I should pick up? Current base pay is 10 LPA. I feel a bit underpaid.

Currently on a journey to Director which may be about 5 years away for me.
Canada so salaries aren’t the most comparable, but
Tax Co-ops totalling 1 year $38-42k
Tax first year analyst $42k
Tax 2nd year analyst $50k
Left right before senior analyst promo cycle would have been in the low 60s - instead went to be “controller” at a very small startup. Kind of a scrappy do everything role for $75k
Left for FP&A financial analyst at a series B SaaS startup for $75k a year later but generous stock options and bonus package
6 months in got a raise to $90k + stock options and bonus
18 month mark expecting SFA, roughly 100k base
Tax salaries all +/- $2k I’m a little fuzzy on specifics
