If you had to bucket the topics of the questions in the survey, which topic is most prevalent? Culture? Equity?

Thanks everyone. I'll clarify. We are working with glint and moving toward launch but don't have a name for the survey. Like what we call it internally.

Why do you need a name for it? Just call it what it is..."Employee Engagement Survey"

Will there be a salary bubble like the housing bubble? Hearing how much people with 2-7 yrs experience are getting offered to move companies is blowing my mind. At some point this is not going to be sustainable and salaries will drop back down to reality. I’ve been asked to weigh in on how to improve my firms parental leave policy. It’s currently 8 weeks paid for birth parent with an extra week for each year at the firm (up to 12 weeks total) and 2 weeks paid for non-birth parent. I’m in a major city, firm is a boutique that has been around a very long time. What would you suggest? Any studies or research you’ve seen recently on trends in parental leave policies also helpful. I’d like to have some sort of data to back up what I recommend. TIA!
