Can anyone tell me positive stories of therapy through Better Help? That’s what my company’s EAP offers. I want to start but it’s daunting.

My husband started using it in February. He’s had GAD for years but between the pandemic and a new baby at home it was getting worse and coming through as anger. He’s been speaking to a therapist once a week and really putting in the work in between and it’s helped him immensely overall. He has to keep at it, but we all do in our own ways.
I will say it took a couple tries to get matched with the right person, and that was a little frustrating for him initially, but now he’s on a roll. I wish you all the best ♥️

a few years ago my company implemented a "2 pack" to my pay pay plan. Where they would deduct 200 per month to counteract minimum wage increase. Fast forward to now, it's 480 taken From commission.

Just took a positive pregnancy test this morning!! I can’t focus on work!! I got off the pill in March and figured it would take us a little while to get pregnant. I missed my period last week so took a pregnancy test yesterday (oh the irony) and it was positive! Part of me didn’t believe it so I bought a test from a diff brand, took it this AM, and it was positive again. I’m half terrified and half want to shout from the rooftops!! (It’s our first.) So posting here bc I can’t tell anyone yet!!!

Getting in my 8th month and starting to feel sore in my groin area. I read it’s because the baby is adding pressure down there. Do you know if it’s bad to do inner thigh exercises? I do easy floor exercises to stay fit/healthy during Covid, but the soreness (feels like slight muscle pain but it’s not) is making me wonder if I should stop.

Made ‘breakfast’ for lunch on Tuesday (pancakes), made pancakes yesterday for dinner and todays dinner eggs and bacon. My daughter thinks hilarious... I’m at rock bottom.

🌚 I’m almost 8 months pregnant and I’ve been waking up after only 5 hours of sleep to go to the bathroom (can’t hold pee longer 😩) - and can’t fall back to sleep.
