Can our BCG friends "explain like I'm 5" the difference between applying to BCG/Omnia/Plantinion/etc. (beyond what website says), specifically why someone should want to apply via one vs. the other? E.g. If I have 8 years consulting experience, mostly healthcare but primarily as a "dabbler," but want to optimize alignment (for salary, WLB, etc.)
