It’s through Lyra. Online tool but have had a great experience so far. They offer counseling, life coaching, etc. Would recommend

25, search for Lyra in benefit site

It’s 25 per year. The benefit is also extended to any immediate family and/or long-term partner who resides in your household — they get 25 as well. It’s really easy to sign up and find a care provider: https://care.lyrahealth.com

Yup! When they extended it from 10 to 25, they extended it out to familial household as well.

Is there anything like that for Deloitte?

Hope so

Anything like this for OW?

What are some other benefits at EY? I know of the wellness fund. Not sure if I'm missing anything else, just joined

Does anyone know if we can start the sessions and finish it even if we quit? I think no but don’t wanna assume

It’s a benefit tied to your employment here — so if you leave EY, I doubt your sessions would still be free.

I currently work as a personal injury lawyer at a small law firm, 5 years experience, graduated from T30 law school in 2015. Our subject area is pretty niche, and I am looking to branch out. Not big law, but a different subject area, and hopefully something with a better work life balance (have a small child with hopes for more). Open to leaving the law for a compliance/HR/other type position. Am I even marketable for something like that? Am I being unrealistic?
