The question is, is graduation from law school, not minimum competency? With this line of reasoning we are saying that law schools do not produce competent future lawyers, so should we instead switch to a system of taking the bar without the three years of a measure that frankly bar associations have deemed not an adequate measure? Dash this comment aside if it is fallible, but there is something here that has been overlooked. Competence is not regurgitation and memorization.

I have several areas of interest and have applied so far at PNC, KeyBank, Regions and FRB Boston. I also just finished my BA in Bus Admin and have Assoc. in Accounting. I joined LTIMindtree a month back and I am into a night shift project though I was told day shift with some extended work. Will they give release or terminate if I request for change?

Hi Team, I got interviewed in LTI and I got confirmation mail from HR that I am selected for discussed role and they want my documents to go ahead for offer letter. 2 weeks they didn't respond me and stopped taking my calls and now HR said position is on hold after and under review, I am serving my notice period in current company since I resigned after offer and didn't give any interview in between because offer and HR was really promising.
