Hi, I’m currently working as a recruiter in the light industrial and I’m really sick of the non stop calls, interviews and just the nature of this profile. Earlier I was contemplating moving to another field in recruitment but now I’m considering switching to another profile in HR where I can do backend processes/ payroll/ hr systems, cz I want to leave the calls and interviews and sourcing.. please suggest profiles I could take a dig in and explore? Hi!! I’m an HR Coordinator currently (about two years of experience) but my job has so many responsibilities and tasks I’m beyond burnt out. It’s truly impossible to focus on one task because things are constantly being thrown my way. I’ve heard whisperings of a promotion or raise, but my workload is already too much, I don’t know if I’d want to accept more responsibility. Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. She’s made 5 other associates cry during her 5 year career. Got someone fired and made another person quit. It’s known around the office that she can no longer have a female associate, because she talks down to females more than she does males. I came along and thought I could deal with it but she literally makes me want to not log on tomorrow.
