Can someone suggest how to crack SAP SD interview if you are from SAP OTC testing background?

I've 5+ EOY in bpo industry. During corona times, I started learning Data analytics (Excel, R, Tableau,. Bigquery). After completing my course from Google i started applying for data analyst job but I'm not getting any positive response as such. Everyone needs relevant experience which i couldn't provide since I'm quite new to this field. Can anyone guide me how to approach recruiters , what can i do to get a entry level job in data analytics. It would be great if anyone can refer me

I interviewed at Google and cleared all onsite interviews back in July. Then came the hiring freeze and my role was de-prioritized. Now I'm being called for another position which I applied through the same recruiter before for the same group but different role. My question is will Google reuse the positive feedback and will it help/add value to this new position?

If you go for interview and you sort of know that the person interviewing you might be curious about something on your negative on your resume like why is there a gap or why were you in XX role for so long?

Do you address it pre-emptively? Or does that show insecurity and you leave the elephant in the room and wait till they ask you?

I guess this is more in the case of networking than interview like do you make your own story?

How much time after technical round should I wait for HR to contact? How to know if I cleared the interview or not? Ibegin says evaluation in progress.

Is it not even worth to applying for a position if you do not meet the minimum experience listed?

Job offers. Got an offer from Parker hannifin within 2 weeks of application. Still going through interview process with Rockwell automation, 3 interviews and over a month. Operation manager said I will be hearing from Hr soon on next steps. Leverage offer with Parker or take the job?

After my HR round today, Hr called up and said that will move forward with the offer but approvals with higher management might take some time as there is a hiring freeze.
Do you think offer will be released? And how much time these approvals take ?

She mentioned at the end that they are definitely going to offer as all feedbacks are positive.
But it all depends on the approvals.

I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.
