I’m in a little of a pickle but a good one. Offer A. Established “start up” doing well financially and projected to hit profitability. 130k base. Stocks offered, unlimited PTO, and 70% Medical covered. Offer B. Is at a business much larger…90k salary with 10% bonus and generous stock offering. I'm TC2 at Deloitte w. 2 YOE and MAcc. Working on CPA exam. Some of my team peers moved to Capital One as Senior Business Analyst and it seemed good to me too. Recently I was contact by Cap One. The recruiter asked me if I'm interested in- Analyst/ Associate/ Risk Manager roles at Commercial bank (related to real estate or credit). Those roles require 1-3 YOE, but not Master's or CPA. Does anyone know if above positions are as competitive as SBA?

For people who’s saying industry is better, my first day was kind of a dumpster fire with meetings and works the second I log in. It was equally stressful as PA. Please tell me it gets better.

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I find this aspect of PA stressful and exhausting but not sure if this is something you just get used to. Currently a manager and seems like the metrics just change over time / don’t get easier.
