Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?

Can I get a draft by EOD?
This wouldn't be helpful. You're limiting yourself to past exits that people have made and loosely tying your future to the brand and trajectory of your company, which is always dangerous unless you're top brass. Assuming you're only as strong as your employer's alumni limits your growth potential. Looking for opportunities with an open mind based on what you want, and not on places former colleagues have gone to, is a much healthier way to look at it.
Would love this. Could be a point system with each firm have a value and then years of experience adding "x" points per year. We can implement this so that we wouldn't even need to interview for jobs. If you reach "x" points, you're hired 😱

It will be different in every practice at every firm, and exit ops depend a lot on your own personal experience and network. I agree that it's interesting, but also with S& that it may not be useful
