In final stage interview for Product Manager position at Early Stage VC startup. The company convo is coming up soon and I am looking at asking 140K base, 20K sign on, and 40K equity. Is this reasonable am I selling myself short (or too high), I’m coming from consulting.

Offer is $85K, $5k sign on bonus, and a equity grant converted to Restricted Stock Units vested over a four year period. Currently compensated in the high 70s rn. Any advice?

Hey all, 3rd party recruiter reached out to me about a job. We had interview which I think went well. I did not give my salary expectations, but the recruiter provided the hiring budget.

After sending resume, I am now being asked my current income. Seems expectation is ~20-25% comp increase when you change companies. Effectively it would be a promotion, but the budget would be significantly more than 25%.

Do I inflate my current comp? My wife said she had to find a paystub for her job.

We will be discussing offer details soon, and I am looking for some info on what the comp/CTC + signing bonus numbers look like in seasoned start-up turned-MSMEs like Ather Energy for a Program Manager role.
