can’t tell if i’m being dramatic or not: always had good reviews and raises but this year had a very questionable review. my work ethic has not changed so now im suspicious that they’re using this as an excuse to either not give me a decent raise or let me go.

1.5 YOE coming up on promotion from associate to consultant. I plan on waiting for the promotion and then possibly exiting to industry. I work on supply chain ERP implementations. Mostly healthcare but have also been in a few other industries. What are the possible roles for exit opportunities that make the most sense? Looking for a less demanding career to settle down and start a family, without sacrificing salary. Any advice is welcomed, thanks!

Colleague has put in his resignation. They are offering him whatever he wants to stay including 4days a week work from home. He’s not bluffing and plans to leave. However, at this same time I was asked to begin working as a supervisor for the engineering team and I would get a promotion at the beginning of the year.
