Hi Fishes
I would like to know about the client interviews (especially in data science or machine learning roles).
Are these interviews tough?
Are these interviews meant to assess technical knowledge? For example, what is binomial distribution, what are different data structures in python, ml algorithms etc.
I would request each of the nagarrians to share their thoughts irrespective of the technologies you are working.
I am thankful to you for taking time and helping me out.
Nagarro

Yeah you can make seven. Avoid becoming a career consultant at big shops like ZS, Deloitte, etc. Leverage those roles for a couple years to learn and then join a boutique
Yeah what’s a boutique ?
I mean I make 150k with 5 yoe doing this so yes
Coach
Ya being technical and having domain expertise is $$$. Too many technical people with no clue how a business works out there now, consultants who can just do it for them make big bucks
Yes! I’m hiring
I work in the Data and Analytics team and looking for a change. Can I discuss my profile with you?
Definitely. I’m in 6 figures with 2 YOE doing MMM and other analytics for a consultancy. And we’re hiring! Feel free to DM if interested.
What company? And what country?
No very difficult. Computers will do mmix for free very soon.
It’s harder because marketing salaries are lower so it’s difficult to pay someone at an agency a lot more.
Personally would just try and pivot to a product company, it’s also a lot better WLB tbh
What do you mean by product company? Would you mind giving example please?
