Capgemini or BNP Paribas ?

I'm a Java Fullstack with 10+ yrs experience. Currently holding 2 offers, 1st with Capgemini 33 LPA (30 Fixed + 3 Variable) & 2nd offer from BNP Paribas 31 LPA Fixed only. Any idea on benefits, career growth, yearly hikes/bonuses at both BNP & Capgemini. Which one is comparatively better & good to join ?

Do we have access to learning platforms like Coursera and udemy or anything else? Or do we have an option for reimbursement?

My work doesn’t require us to be licensed in a particular state (i am licensed in my home country) - International Arbitration. What are the obvious benefits of getting licensed in New York?

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

I just started a new job 2 months ago, benefits and PTO don’t start until 90 days in so I still have a month before I can take off any time, and today found out my company doesn’t offer paid maternity leave.
