Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

Career growth in product management feels like running up a muddy hill. You’ll trip and land face first in the mud and even slide further back from where you began.
What we signed up for isn’t a normal job. We accumulate a high density of knowledge in a short amount of time. We float across industries, and often struggle to stitch those experiences into narrative because we obsess over trying to define who we are, specifications.
Don’t bias an industry. Look for a coach, and not a brand.
Your mind demands deep, more thoughtful reflection after burnout. Dare prioritize reflection and skills over employment. Serious careerists only.
I took a break to have a child. I was also burnt out. I took a part time min wage job at the local library, lamenting this is where my career went after how many years? But I got to use all my big city agency skills on this little local library. I was a rock star. They were so grateful to have me, were eager to learn and I had a blast. Then one day I got a job offer from a startup and it was time. It was the most fun year I had and just what I needed to get my head back in the game and my confidence up.
I just retired from PM, but along my way I accepted to lead cross-functional teams on internal projects to redesign business processes. Internal business processes will give you a lot of insight into how a company thinks about its products. Company execs talk a good talk about helping customers until you start and the market until you start poking deep into the belly of the beast.
