AMA: International Travel (US to Europe) During Coronavirus! I found very little info on this topic before my trip and had a bunch of questions which I wish someone could have helped with. Hello folks, so I’ve been trying to DCA twice a month. Every time I do we seem to hit a large drop right after. Does anyone have a strategy to mitigate this or do you just set a day per month to do it and not look back?

We flew back from Ireland today on Delta. Our connecting flight from JFK at 6:10 was cancelled while we were flying over the Atlantic Ocean, and we were rebooked on a 3:40 instead (2.5 hours earlier) but not notified. I received no email, text or app notification of the flight cancellation or the new flight we were placed on, so we missed it. They now cannot get us home tonight and won’t even guarantee they can get us home tomorrow, impacting my work, (cont)…

Any tips on affordable hotel, hostel or university housing for a short and last minute weekend trip in Toronto?
