If Kolkata is your preference then you have just 2 reasonable options to choose from:
IBM and PWC.
If you want peace of mind, Job stability and are ready to sacrifice on the yearly hike, as it wont be much, the go with IBM.
If you are fine working under pressure or with a bit lesser WLB, but good exposure to work and may receive good hikes yearly if you can independently work more, then go with PWC.

Already did. They are stubborn, says you are a rehire, so can't give beyond this at Associate level. I asked for SA, they say not possible with this experience.
What reason you are giving when they ask why are you looking for another company when you already have offer from one?

Fortunately they didn't ask this kind of meaningless questions. Because, you are the one who is reaching out. So the question is for you "why are you looking for a candidate who already has an offer?". But if the question is in good faith, the answer will differ "Better offer/Better brand/Location" whichever applies.

Just one thing I want to ask you. Once offers are generated, have you 'accepted' all of them? In that case, How are you planning to say no to this much of people?
Yes, hikes are not good if u are already going with high package
You can consider IRIS as they are providing permanent WFH and there annual hikes and WLB is also good (as per feedback from so many IRIS employees and Glassdoor). You can negotiate with them for 21-22 lakhs by showing any other candy you have in ur basket !!
Iris do hire and fire ,I got the review from iris ex employee around 3 years back.. don't know current situation
I would also suggest you to go with JPMC if you get an offer.
Let's see if they offer. Nobody is going beyond 21.

I remeber a guy who Took interview of mine.. he has Experience of 5 years .... he asked me just leetcode questions.. first I gave answer in n2 then I make it with nlogn and then also oprimized it.. then he said no no.. do it in n ..hahaha I said Please don't ask to solve question in which u solved in 3 hour and asking me to solve in 15 min..
Optimising solution is now looks like .. do u remeber this solution..
Now I am 3.5 years of experience.. and taking Flipkart/Amazon guyzz interview for my company.. 🤭
