And now.. let me take a selfie!

There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

Any IDOs you know of or how would you stay informed on airdrops for good projects? Looking at something like Klima that airdropped 100 coins to holders of $1000 NFTs on its launch. Those coins are worth $200,000 now. 200x return in a month. Do you basically need to poke around discords and get lucky?

Expect a massive paycut with no experience in the field. Or go get an MBA in RE or investment Mgmt and you might be able to get to you expected salary.
Many Dev and Inv roles are paid based upon promote, so it builds over time rather than a big salary.
I consult for those companies you target at a B4
Would probably have to start in an analyst/senior analyst position. There are courses offered that you could take to demonstrate that you are trying to develop your baseline understanding of real estate. Highly recommend getting Argus certified as this will be a key differentiator in your ability to hit the ground running.
I did 3.5 years consulting -> real estate development. Nobody has any value on the consulting skills in the real estate world so you gotta network very hard. If you can get ARGUS training it will definitely help you land an analyst job. Definitely expect a title/ pay cut.
P1… this is not accurate, but on the development side building decks and asking the right questions are not needed nearly as much as the finance, valuation, understanding the asset class/market and relationships.
I have been consulting for 20 years and was CFO of a Development company for 2-3 years.
It’s absolutely accurate. Unless you were a real estate advisory consultant (property valuations or transaction advisory), “consulting” skills only indicate you are intelligent. It does not mean you have any knowledge of real estate and you will be treated as analyst-level employee after making the switch.
P1… keep believing that, I am in your org and not part of either of those groups. There are other values, you just don’t understand them yet.
