Compensation check? I work for a relatively small headcount old but somewhat early stage startup in a VHCOL area in a highly regulated space. 12 YOE. Solo legal with additional and varying responsibilities from client relationship support and BD, to HR. The workload is manageable and it’s a fully remote but “always on” company with lots of late nights and weekends. No real vacation or good benefits. $250k, no bonus, possibly worthless equity.

Are salesforce (Bangalore) employees working from home or hybrid?
If still WFH (all days)? How many months will it extend?
If hybrid has started, how many day per week is mandatory?

First I’d a manager-level BD role for a startup (but public) company im really excited/energized by. 150k base with 15% bonus and equity. Second is a senior manager level growth & partnerships role for a slightly larger company that’s cool but I’m less enthusiastic about. 165k with 20% bonus and equity. Is it a priority in 2022 to outsource or mitigate fiduciary liability in light of the excessive fee lawsuits hitting employers? Would a trustee committee for a 401k plan hire a third party cofiduciary to share that risk? Lastly, what additional compensation should the 5500 signor receive when asked to be the trustee for a retirement plan?

Crying for my RSUs….started at my company about 6 months ago and got some RSUs split over 3 years. Turns out the stock price at time of my hiring (which is what was used to calculate the number of shares over the three years) was the highest it’s ever been. How do I get signatories to fill in their company name correctly on a DocuSign PowerForm NDA? I’m not allowed to reach out to people in advance and prepare customized NDAs for them, because “everyone is automated” and “that’s too slow and causes too much work for them.” I moved the signatory info to the signature block and made a “Full Legal Name of Entity you Represent” line, but people still screw it up and I’m getting blamed. WTF do I do?

What CLM platforms do you use/like? We’ve been using conga but are far from pleased.
