Confession: I’m tired of the corporate hustle. I’ve been tired of it for some years,but since starting this new role,I’m convinced that this is not where I want to be. I’ve been put on my first ever 30 day PIP with my company and I don’t have a fight left in me. I dont have entrepreneurial passions,but I know if I leave I’ll just be starting the same thing over again. So I am working as a UI UX designer since Jan22. I started with a really good project (everything from the scratch) with research, knowing the user etc. The project went really well. It was my first project that I handled individually. I got another project it also went well. Then I was told to work directly with a client, it's been 2 months already we work late hours and also on weekend (asked by the client). It feels like my personal life is gone. Do you think I should change job?

I have heard that most legacy systems specifically mainframes are being replaced and new technologies taking over for similar purpose.
How about employee like us who just started in this mainframe tech . Where will we end up if you stay in this.
Many of onsite leads tells that move of it as they are migrating larger part of it to new platforms but BU heads says it is going to stay for a long long time don't get panicked.
