Here is what I know: Brand new MD's at ACN, who are NOT in strategy, net around 300k inclusive of base salary and bonus (little more in digital a little less in operations or CD&O). The stock grant is about 180k when you make MD and has a three year vest (no buy in requirements). There is also the VEIP program where you can allocate up to 30% of cash award into the program to buy stock and at the end of the year you are granted another 50% at no cost, which vests in two years.

Comp varies pretty widely throughout the firm. Digital is paid a bit better than MC and tech but less than Strategy. MD comp is very different than B4 firms - also no pension plan, but you have access to stock options and other forms of comp since we're public. I'd say the average L4 MD (lowest level) across all groups is somewhere near $300K in total comp.

A2 - could you give an example of the VEIP program? Also, where does the cash award in this scenario come from?
OP I explained the VEIP program (30% of cash award for stock etc). Also can google the ACN VEIP program; this is public info as Accenture is a publicly traded entity. Cash award = salary, individual bonus, and global bonus; Non cash = stock grants (RSUs).
Also as an FYI, high performing senior managers are also granted stock awards in the form of RSUs.
