Considering a move to Accenture - I know the comp structure at my current B4 firm, and the comp range for the band I would likely be brought into in the practice area I'm looking at, but I'm thoroughly unfamiliar with comp for managing directors. Trying to get some facts for consideration on the long term opportunity with Accenture. Anyone with some directional insight? Anyone that has been at Accenture and a B4 firm care to weigh in on how the B4 partner comp packages compare to ACN MDs?

Does anyone have any insight into partners retiring early? I am at a point where I need to consider leaving if I am not aiming for partner. I don’t see myself working past my 40s. Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
