How do I keep interviewing while I know I have an offer? Do I share comp? What does a digital transformation consultant make in 1-2 years?
How do you broach work life balance in an interview without coming off lazy or not a team player? I have a final interview with a firm and I want to gauge how people treat each other. I really want to set up the expectation that I will work so hard, but I’m not going to consistently sacrifice my personal well-being...maybe once a quarter
I could use some guidance on how to transition out of firm life into a government role. Prior to law: four years working for a state and a city, and four years before that worked at a consulting agency strictly serving government agencies and cities/counties. You’d think this would parlay well into the government roles I am applying for, but so far no dice. I’m entering my fourth year practicing as a lawyer. I love admin law, have some litigation and some transaction work as a lawyer. Thanks!

Zoom interview for a job I don’t have any real experience for. They have my resume. Do I cut right to it that I’m not specifically qualified but eager and able to learn? Or skip over it assuming they’ve seen my background and are still interested enough to interview, fake it til you make it style?
I have a case interview coming up soon. I never thought about working with a case coach or study group that some websites offered but some people highly suggest them instead of working solo. What's your take on this? Should I really pay for some premium service even though I feel comfortable with case interviews?

Anyone know what kind of experience or certifications I should be aiming to get if I'm trying to break into a pentest role? I just graduated last year and have about a year of sysadmin experience and am trying to get into it asap. So, I'm already applying/job hunting and probably won't get much replies but. Should I be looking at more security analyst/admin roles first? Going for certs? Getting a masters? Wondering what I can do to improve my chances. TIA
Hi people, I am going to have the interview with TRS - Financial services team at EY london. This job is basically assesing the Non-performance loans portfolios of the banks. Has anyone ever reported repeated micro-aggressions from a partner that were taking a toll on your mental health to HR or otherwise? If so, what approach did you take? Would doing it during an exit interview be a good idea? Or is it perhaps better to just leave the firm without saying anything to avoid burning bridges?

Customer Engineer offer in Austin around $225k TC for 4 YOE Base $130k Bonus $60k GSUs $140k Thoughts? This seems decent based on my research but couldn't find a ton of data points. What is the career trajectory/opportunity like is a Google CE? Opportunities to move to product later on or will I be heavily soloed within tech? How do refreshers work? For example at other tech companies I've heard only about 10% of a team might receive refreshers each year
