Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

I think you'd have more leverage/leeway at KPMG to do your own thing and be your own boss.
So you might enjoy it more.
All I can say is that the biggest advantage of moving to ATK is its size and culture. We aren’t big and that means we have less levels of bureaucracy than the big 4 - so fewer egos, people and processes that come in the way of you building great things. Like with every other Firm I think it’s also about finding your tribe. 1 year in when I probably considered leaving I found a very entrepreneurial group of people who didn’t believe in the conventional process. I joined them and we pitched at our internal venture competition, won it and got seed funded to build out our lab within the Firm. I’m sure this happens at other Firms as well, but wanted to share my story for what it’s worth
K strat. Incredible pipeline and talent pool
Or neither?
Curious of your situation. Why move ship from presumably McK?
Not on partner track / slower trajectory
Those don’t look like exits to me
If you really want to stay in the industry I would first consider
1) change platform within McK
2) transfer to high growth offices
3) look for opportunities within MBB at Principal level
Would not go to KPMG or ATK, but that is just my opinion.
BCG1...first off, a big thank you for chiming in. I am a little conflicted in my mind about this. On one hand I would like to exhaust all options at the firm. On the other, there is this desire to go build a new practice.
I feel you OP. I’m in a very similar position to you! Tbh, it all comes down to which partner is going to take you and eventually sponsor you down the line - either in McK or out of it. Doubt you will get recruited as Principal with no clear practice/partner group so start reaching out, and meet some folks. At your level it all boils down to the people you are going to work with. Good luck in the search!
