$125K as a SM with 12 years of experience? That would mean approx 4 years as a SM?? If that's true, you are being taken advantage of in your current role.

Canada’s salaries are much lower than the US. This shouldn’t come as a surprise.
Even for Canada this seems on the low end…I would think 150ish minimum, in the US 200+
