Second year MBA recruiting with limited roles left unfilled from intern class. Priorities are quality of training and exit opportunities. Which of the roles above should be my top focus? Any advice greatly appreciated.

Depends what you mean by training. If it’s formal cohort based training, you don’t want Alix. If it’s more entrepreneurial / deep end of the pool to get responsibility quickly with a team that will push & support you type training, then we’re great.
Best answer. Access to senior / experienced people is great, but you need to be proactive in finding mentors and developing yourself.
Is there a reason you’re looking at CRG and not PEPI?
I was in PE/VC prior to CRG. If you want specifically consumer and retail you should do CRG - one of the only consulting firms that will guarantee you that industry if you join. If you want more general experience than PEPI is the right choice.
Although CRG does work with a lot of F500 and does not limit to PE/VC
AP training doesn’t exist - you come and leave as you are, but money is great.

Disagree with the leave as you are - get with the right team / projects, and the on the job training is awesome.
Is S& still recruiting at your school? They won’t recruit for FT roles from the 2Y class at mine; I got the impression they weren’t looking across the board.
S& recruiting is group to group right now. Some are still recruiting
PEVC S& isn’t really recruiting FT this year, I think it’s only Deal Strategy that’s doing MBA FT recruiting, but there may be exceptions on the edges I don’t know about
We have a higher full time target than DS does. We aren’t doing many campus events, but we’re hoping to pick up more Senior Associates through resume drops.
