Consultant transitioning to a non-tech role at Google - which laptop do you recommend?!

Anyone ever make the switch from consulting for a life sciences consultancy or boutique to an ops role in a fund investing in payer/provider or healthcare systems?

I recently come across a position at PwC tiled "Risk & Regulatory Business Process, Controls & ITGC- Manager" Can somebody provide me more details like culture, salary range, and information specific to the group?

Anyone know any pe or growth equity shops in london that are hiring?

What do hiring managers want to hear when they ask "What's your process?" because I don't think I have one.

And when I explain something from Lean UX or something then apparently that's too cookie cutter.
