I got an offer from epam but confused whether it’s epam systems or anywhere.
As I have been given fixed salary and remote work. But on offer it states EPAM systems.
Could someone please let me know who has joined epam anywhere recently if on offer it’s mentioned as anywhere?
On my interview invites as well it was mentioned anywhere.

Does anyone have the 2020 SHRM books for sale or to borrow? My job won’t contribute towards my certification. I’ve already paid for my test. I have the books from 2015 but I’d like to study from the 2020. I tried finding them online to purchase but sellers of affordable books aren’t responding.

Since joining KPMG 5 years ago, I find that my appetite to read for my own growth is almost flatlined. Has anybody else experienced that? I attribute it to how much mental energy our work demands and how much reading I do during a business day.

Is there any advice for networking into projects when you don’t know many people at the firm yet? I always to help on BD work when I’m on the bench, but it never turns into any billable work. Every time I have talked to a partner/senior manager I was told I don’t have the skill set they’re looking for, but I don’t know how to build up from there. Hello All - I struggle with time management. I take medication but I have no idea whether a task will take 40 mins or 4 hours. Because of this, I over commit and under deliver. Also, having been on the receiving end of criticism, over time I have developed a perfectionist streak. I won't turn it in if it is good enough. How do you break out of this habit?

I need to take a leave of absence for mental health purposes. How do I bring this up with my boss? Or do I talk to HR directly? I took some time off this month due to burnout but I did not tell them that was the reason. I thought I'd be okay when I got back, but I'm not. I don't know if they will give me the leave of absence. Which one makes more sense as I graduate with an MHA: Work in strategy in a healthcare system, get experience for a few years then transfer to strategy consulting. Or start in consulting then probably transfer to a leadership position in healthcare strategy after a few years.

One of my friend who is a doctor & is an international med graduate. He passed his United States Medical Licensing Exams with above average scores. He has applied fr the match last yr & was nt able to match. Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. I feel his pain as he has studied for 10+ yrs and is struggling to match nw. I m nt sure hw I can help

What would u do? 3 YOE HCOL city and I have 2 potential options:
1) move to a boutique healthcare strategy consulting firm in a similar role as I have now (client facing consulting role).. 120-130 base + 20% bonus
2) a product specialist role at Meta (FB). This told role product management, it’s analytics heavy. $107k base, 10% bonus, $30K stock.

At the end of the day, TC for both is similar. As far as exit opportunities I’m not sure what is better, so looking to get other people’s opinions.
