Hello Fishes,
I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. I'm trying to access my capegemini portal from webvpn.capgemini.com but I'm not able to access that either. Please suggest me what should be done, my next employer is asking for relieving letter.

Embrace it. The biggest complaint I had when I traveled pre-kids, and one I hear everywhere, is trying to do and see too many things. Congratulations, you have an excuse to slow down and actually take it in instead of being that prick with the iPad taking video you’ll never watch of a painting you don’t care about. My kids have been all over with us and it’s amazing
Just go with it. You will be fine. Toddler will have to adapt. Just temper your sightseeing/ activity ambitions and schedule frequent naps/snack breaks. (We travelled a lot with our young 9ones when they were little)
Agree with P1. Traveled to HI with my 3mo, and planning a trip to Europe over her first birthday. Lots of kids travel easy. Ours was just fine, and I'm not going to slow down personal travel just because I have a little one in tow. It's a great education as well, and introduces them to the sounds of new languages when it counts.
It's easier to travel with kids under 1. Been to Singapore and HK from JFK no problem.
The troublesome twos and threes on the other hand.. Goodbye business class, hello economy!
Good luck.
Good thing is over there it's not unusual to see a family with a toddler having dinner at 11pm so you won't have to feel constrained to your room if that helps
Like any other time, traveling with kids is mostly a blast. Just got to roll with the tough moments. My two-year-old has been on 30 flights, and my four-year-old has been on 60. They are pros.
Plan for one thing per day - one outing or activity, as a rule. Be willing to divide the group - let some folks go out for a big day while 1-2 folks hang back with bubs, go to a park, hang in a square etc. have the grandparents take a day with bubs while you go for a bigger adventure. Yep just gotta temper your expectations about “doing and seeing everything”. Enjoy the moments instead
@OP, why a “waste of $"?... And which negative thoughts?...
Bake in an extra 30 mins for all stops. Buy a backpack to carry you kid if <2 yo. Inquire about babysitters on certain days. There are a # of reputable services and the hotel may also provide.
@OP there’s huge payback later to getting your kids used to travel. Mine has been traveling since he was 8 months old and compared to his friends who haven’t travelled, is much more flexible when it comes to food, sleeping arrangements, exploring new places, etc.
The key is to give your 20 month old ample opportunities to decompress during the day. Public parks near monuments, picnics in nice places etc. will make for fun for everyone. Also, if you have a predictable nap time, plan a nice meal for the adults around that time
