Corp Dev or stay in IB grinding it out for 2x the money? Have 3 corp dev interviews lined up and 1 IB lateral interview (better shop than current)

I had the first round with a consulting firm and it takes them more than a month to arrange the final round and the recruiter is not being responsive. Is that normal?

Being a self motivating person still feeling dejected it little demotivating.

Trying from all resources including Naukri ,LinkedIn,instahyre and many more ways includeind sending mail to the recruiters.
But not getting any desired role or company . Makes me feel disheartened,feels like will have to wait a very long to get something desired.

Shouldn't recruiter phone screens just be about nuts and bolts like salary, availability, etc? I'm always a little puzzled on the occasions when a recruiter asks me to lay out my creative process for them. Why am I explaining how to make ads to a recruiter?

Recently i was scheduled for an EY GDS interview on 5th of November but no one showed up and interview did not take place , what is it mean?

Hi I was interviewed by Capgemini in December 2021 and surprisingly they called in February 2022 for second round.

1. When can i expect call from hr?
2. I was thinking it is not genuine as they did not had clarity for which they were interviewing me. However in both round people who interviewed had email id with domain of Capgemini.

Did it happened with anybody else?

What kind of questions does a role alignment interview for a Finance+Ops role at tech company entail ? Is it just a fancy name for evaluating prior experience and the behavioral stuff ? Or is there some framework being tested?
