But I couldn't find the company in Google or Glassdoor reviews. It's a new startup kind of consultancy with 10-15 PPL. I can only see few linkedin posts for that company.

Is it advisable to proceed? They're not asking any money from me they are sponsoring for visa. Is it safe

Back in May 2021, I rented a property that had sustained damage during the big snow storm. This wasn't disclosed at lease signing. The home leaked every time it rained, mold was found in the home & the LL failed to make repairs that resulted in me falling down a flight of stairs. We all are smart as hell but silly mistakes such as spelling mistakes, broader checks to be done on the deck is killing me.
