Weekend time isn't perceived in the same way but generally weekend work is low. However, deadlines need to be met and as necessary it's extra time to get the work done, which isn't an infrequent situation given tight timelines and client-driven urgencies/delays.
Although there is a minor increase in the regular number of hours, both titles usually work similar amounts once they are comfortable in their role and a value add to the team.

SC, working 60-75 hrs a week. However, still new to the firm/consulting and getting used to the work streams etc so think as I get more efficient the 75 hr weeks will be less common .

Just for clarification, are you billing actuals? If not, what are your actuals closer to?
By actuals do you mean bill directly to the client? Those numbers listed above are what Im billing to the client
That's what im working and thats what im showing clients too. There's typically travel on top of that. Not sure if the client is shown those hours
