@digitaslbi come back to this thread! I want to know what you think we should be making as AAE's and AE's. I have some people in Paris you should talk to.
Went from AAE (42k) to AE (50k) in 9 months, then SrAE (67k) in 9 more months. It all depends on your agency and your value. Note: these moves were not at Publicis, and the last required an agency change.
@DigitasLBi 1 - Trolling aside, what would you expect for that level?
Thought AE was After Effects lol
Sarcasm aside. English please. 🙂

@Leo Burnett - Sorry for the acronym overload! Wondering how long it took others to be promoted from Assistant Account Executive to Account Executive and what they were/are making @ the Account Executive level for NYC/similar markets.
I went from 40k AAE / 50k AE in 12 months.
40k aae, 2 years 8 months, 48k ae. Chicago.
1 year if all goes well, maybe 1.5 years, around 50-55K
$45k AAE, promotion to AE at 18 mo for $49.5k. 2.5 yrs in at $53k. Minneapolis.
40K to 43k in three months to 52 in another 6
What the heck are these numbers I'm seeing here. You people work for that much 😮 That's a doorman salary.
