Consulting is a shit ton of project management work that I hate. Not sure of what options I have as an exit. Consultant 2 yrs. Data analytics 6 years but not interested in data... Honestly want to go back to industry in payer but not sure where?

Ex-consultant now in marketing. Used to be an avid follower here and got great insights on companies when trying to exit consulting so thought I’d try here for advice. Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? A company along those lines.
