Curious what you think/know to be the current salary range/compensation these days for a senior UX UI designer ? Located in Los Angeles - currently working remote

First day as scrum master and for a new team, any tips? I’m not used to gathering a team that’s 100% remote and am trying to figure out creative ways to get the team engaged.

I am currently in Wipro having CTC as 7.8 LPA.. I have got an offer from TCS which is 11LPA.However, my Basic Pay/Fixed compensation is getting reduced from my current base pay in the new offer and also the HRA is getting reduced. The HR is telling that the basic is fixed as per policy and they cannot change it. The base pay is less but there are several other components which are higher. Should I take up the new offer? Please help. Will the reduction in base pay impact my career?

Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?

Sign-on bonus:10k

I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? I’m waiting on an offer for what’s named IT Business Analyst but it’s also Salesforce Administrator work. The company is The Adecco group so they are fairly big. I have two years of Salesforce admin experience and in my interview they said my experience is perfect to what they are looking for

Is it misleading to just look at Total Compensation from a $ dollar value/ Total Compensation seems to be much more subjective than base salary in terms of its value. Some factors might be:

RSUs granted on dollar value or by # of shares & stock price trends
Vesting schedule
strike price on ISOs & delta between strike price and real market value

For instance, most of value in Amazon's comp seems to be granted in years 3 & 4, but it's well known that most people last only 2 years max there.

How should one properly calculate total comp? Base + bonus + stock options? Should you only include options that vest that year or include the total $ granted that will vest over 4 years?
